Both options renew automatically until canceled. A displayed monthly equivalent for the annual plan is an arithmetic comparison, not a monthly payment schedule. The annual charge is billed as one payment.

Billing, renewals, and local pricing
Web checkout displays the merchant, currency, tax treatment, renewal interval, total due, and renewal terms before confirmation. App Store purchases, when available, are billed and managed through Apple. Web and iOS are planned around the same U.S. list prices, but storefront localization, tax, and platform rules can change what is displayed in a region.
Do not rely on a price quoted in an old article, screenshot, search result, or social post. Confirm the complete offer on the checkout screen before purchasing.
Trials and introductory offers
Glowgen does not promise a trial to every visitor. If a trial or introductory price is available and you are eligible, the checkout disclosure identifies its duration, the amount due today, the price after the offer, and the renewal date. If no eligible offer appears at checkout, the standard selected price applies.
Manage or cancel a membership
You can review subscription status from product settings. Cancel through the same platform used to purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the end of the already-paid period, subject to the terms shown at purchase. Deleting an account and canceling a subscription are separate actions.
- For a web purchase, use the web billing-management route provided in settings.
- For an Apple purchase, manage the subscription through your Apple account.
- For a billing problem, contact Glowgen Support with the purchase platform and date, but never send a password or full payment-card number.
Prices on this page are loaded from the same active web billing products used by checkout. Checkout remains authoritative for taxes, eligibility, and the final commitment.
